You will oversee multiple outlets and revenue streams, ensuring operational excellence whilst identifying opportunities to grow turnover, improve profitability and maximise guest satisfaction.

The role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading from the front operationally as they are analysing financial performance, managing budgets, controlling labour costs and implementing business improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and the future direction of the operation. This position offers exposure to the wider business and would provide an excellent platform for future progression into Operational Management.
