I'm looking for an experienced photocopier engineer to join a well-established, independent office technology business with a loyal and growing customer base across the South West.
This is a role for someone who already knows their way around multifunction devices and print hardware, and who takes pride in getting a fault fixed properly the first time.
What you'll be doing Installing, maintaining and repairing multifunction devices and print solutions on customer sites Using remote diagnostic tools to identify issues before you arrive Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and network faults across a range of MFDs Building strong, lasting client relationships through the quality of your service Working independently, with an experienced technical team behind you What I'm looking for Proven experience servicing photocopiers or multifunction devices Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Solid IT and networking knowledge A logical, methodical approach to diagnostics Self-motivation and the confidence to manage your own workload Essential requirements Full UK driving licence Able to pass a DBS check Happy to travel across the South West, and ideally based in the region What you'll receive Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience Choice of company vehicle, or use of your own with business mileage paid Flexible working: full-time, part-time or a 4-day week Full manufacturer-accredited training and advanced certifications Mobile phone, laptop and the latest diagnostic software Ongoing development and long-term prospects within a growing business Career progression This is a business that develops its people and promotes from within.
