Using remote diagnostic tools to identify issues before you arrive Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and network faults across a range of MFDs Building strong, lasting client relationships through the quality of your service Proven experience servicing photocopiers or multifunction devices Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Solid IT and networking knowledge Full UK driving licence Able to pass a DBS check Happy to travel across the South West, and ideally based in the region Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience Choice of company vehicle, or use of your own with business mileage paid Flexible working: full-time, part-time or a 4-day week Full manufacturer-accredited training and advanced certifications Mobile phone, laptop and the latest diagnostic software Ongoing development and long-term prospects within a growing business Career progression For an experienced engineer, the path may lead to a Senior Field Service Engineer role, technical mentoring, or progression into Technical Support or Service Management as the business grows.
