I'm looking for an experienced photocopier engineer to join a well-established, independent office technology business with a loyal and growing customer base across the South West. This is a role for someone who already knows their way around multifunction devices and print hardware, and who takes pride in getting a fault fixed properly the first time.
What you'll be doing:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing multifunction devices and print solutions on customer sites
- Using remote diagnostic tools to identify issues before you arrive
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and network faults across a range of MFDs
- Building strong, lasting client relationships through the quality of your service
- Working independently, with an experienced technical team behind you
What I'm looking for:
- Proven experience servicing photocopiers or multifunction devices
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Solid IT and networking knowledge
- A logical, methodical approach to diagnostics
- Self-motivation and the confidence to manage your own workload
Essential requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Happy to travel across the South West, and ideally based in the region
