The Senior HR Advisor acts as Quartos key operational partner, bridging strategic HR goals with day-to-day employee management. Responsible for providing excellent guidance to stakeholders, managing complex people matters, coaching line managers, ensuring compliance and supporting organisational change.
Main Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition strategies and end-to-end recruitment, developing efficient and effective systems.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new joiners.
- Support early careers opportunities, including apprenticeships, internships and work experience.
- Provide expert advice on organisational policies and ways of working, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Manage complex people cases by supporting our people and providing advice and guidance to managers.
- Guide managers through the performance development cycle and performance improvement process, providing coaching on people management skills to build competency and confidence.
- Monitor people KPIs and work with managers to identify trends and develop improvement plans.
- Provide support and advice to managers on long-term and short-term absence management, including overseeing all occupational health referrals.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process and ensure the integrity of payroll data.
