Based in Cambridge, UK (Hybrid). This role plays a key part in driving demand and supporting growth across Quartix’s Spanish and US markets. You will report to our Demand Generation Manager and will also support our Content Lead with the production of multi‑lingual marketing content. You will work alongside a team who perform similar roles for other territories, complementing their language skills and learning from their experience. You will be expected to work across different territories and projects as demand fluctuates.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Demand Generation Manager and the marketing team, and collaborate with the sales teams for Spain and the US.
- Execute other tasks as directed by the Global Demand Generation Manager.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), managing workflows, segmentation and reporting.
- Monitor and manage inbound leads within Salesforce on a daily basis.
- Report on task progress (Jira) and leading indicators in weekly team meetings.
- Assist the marketing team with the partner acquisition, referral and upselling campaigns strategy.
- Support digital and offline campaigns by planning campaigns, writing, translating and proofreading copy for:
- CRM & Automation (Salesforce, Pardot)
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, 6Sense)
- Content & CMS (WordPress, Metricool)
Job Requirements
Key Skills
- Fluent Spanish speaker, with good content writing skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- A strong interest in the field of marketing, with 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or tech/SaaS environment.
- Self‑starter – you need to be able to identify your own initiatives and execute on your own creative ideas – as well as contribute to team goals set by the business.
- Confident speaking with customers and sales teams over the phone.
- Highly organised and structured in your approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable attending the Cambridge office 3 times per week.
Desirable
- Familiarity with some marketing automation platforms or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Heeet, 6Sense).
- Experience in using data to assess marketing activities’ success.
- Experience with GA4 and other measurement tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress, an advantage.
- Another spoken language would be a plus.
