Quarterly is on the lookout for a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer to enhance our company’s creative capabilities. As a Graphic Designer in our globally distributed team, you’ll contribute to diverse expertise areas such as Branding, Web Design, Ad and Social Creative, Print Design, Presentation Design, and more. Your role will involve working on projects for both small businesses and large enterprises, working independently and as part of a team. Similar to a busy freelancer, you will balance multiple projects at any one time. Additionally, you’ll act as a part-time designer for 4-5 companies, keeping them informed about the status of their projects and providing timely updates on when they can expect proofs, as if you were working internally within their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create on-brand, exciting and compelling designs for various global clients.
- Contribute in your dedicated design team, built up of 4-6 other Designers, helping to offer ideas, suggestions, and proofing work.
- Take charge of creative tasks to support client growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring precision, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
- Design across various projects, including logo and brand identity, presentation design, digital ads, marketing design, illustrations, print design, product and packaging, web design and more.
- Collaborate with designers, directors, and project managers from around the world, fostering a dynamic and inspiring creative environment.
- Assist clients in achieving their goals through impactful designs.
- Continuously strive to learn, develop, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- We are currently only considering candidates who are based in the UK and meet the necessary legal requirements to work here.
- You must have had at least 3 years experience working professionally as a graphic designer.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint. Optional experience in Figma & After Effects are a bonus.
- Quick learning ability, adept at multitasking with attention to detail.
- High standard, ensuring each brief is met with the utmost precision.
- Proactive, client-centric, and execution-driven mindset.
