Overview
Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Graduate Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an established Finance team in Slough. This role requires commuting to the offices five days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates at the start of their finance career with structured Study Support towards ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
Responsibilities
- You will assist with all aspects of purchase ledger activity including control accounts, supplier reconciliations, and timely processing of payments and invoices.
- Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, helping with payments to sub-contractors, staff expenses, mileage claims, and supporting wider divisional teams.
- You\’ll maintain accurate documentation, resolve queries promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- The role is a perfect entry-point into finance with ongoing support for professional development.
