Accounts Assistant (Temporary, possible Temp to Perm)

In the main, responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and entering data into financial systems.   • Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of accounting terminology and basic bookkeeping principles.
