This is your shot.We\’re on the hunt for a passionate, talented Sous Chef to join our tight-knit brigade at The Square – a fine dining restaurant and top-tier events venue at the heart of Bristol\’s vibrant Clifton scene.As our new Sous Chef, you\’ll work alongside a team of six chefs and three KPs, producing bold, seasonal, modern British/European dishes in a kitchen that\’s all about craft, creativity, and camaraderie.
