The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.
Pay: £12.60/hr → £13.10/hr after successful 12-week probation. Bonuses also available – up to £50 per month and up to £50 per quarter.
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, worked over 5 shifts Monday - Friday.
Shift timings: 10am until 1pm or 2pm (5 shifts per week Mon-Fri). We can be flexible around this if a slightly earlier or later start time is preferred.
About the Short Lets Cleaner role:
Join our friendly Clifton Short Lets cleaning team! You’ll be based out of our head office building in Clifton, heading out to clean and deep clean our nearby short let properties - these are shared properties with basic studio rooms and communal facilities situated within large Georgian properties. No need for a car or transport, as all of our short let properties are within a 5-minute walk of your base at our Clifton head office.
Duties to include:
- Cleaning short let rooms between tenancies, and cleaning communal spaces within these shared buildings (kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces).
- Working independently and with teammates.
- Daily deep cleaning our short let properties to a set schedule, sharing these deep cleaning duties with a fellow short lets cleaner.
- Occasionally carrying laundry bags in and out of properties.
- Reporting any property maintenance issues to the manager.
This role requires good availability Monday - Friday. Shifts are short, lasting for around 3-4 hours, usually starting at 10am (with some flexibility as per your preference!). Contracted weekly hours are 15-20 hours per week, spread over these 5 weekly shifts.
