You will have the ability to move seamlessly between Board meetings, analysing and discussing your P&L to the nth degree, and the operational shop floor, where you will be discussing maintenance schedules for capital equipment. You are used to being across the detail without getting involved in every little thing, supporting your team to make the right decisions. People matter to you, both in terms of their safety and their career development.
You should be able to demonstrate sound commercial acumen and a successful track record in an equivalent position within a similar industry. You will have experience in a manufacturing or processing environment and should be very comfortable with operational systems and processes, including effective logistics. You will have consistently delivered profitable growth in a demanding business environment.
