About the role
We have an opportunity for a Production Operative to join our outstanding Production team based on-site in Bicester, to ensure our production machines are stocked and operated correctly to produce high quality products that adhere to product specification through regular process controlled checks. The machines are pivotal to keep our production lines moving!
Shift Pattern
The successful candidate will be required to work rotationally across the early, late and night shifts which rotate weekly. Day to day deliverables will entail:
- Ensure the production machines are stocked and operated correctly through regular process control checks to ensure a seamless internal material flow.
- Book in finished goods into the Finished Goods Warehouse (SAP) for each completed pallet and complete the data documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to pass on information relating to the machine performance.
- Work as a collaborative team member in achieving our targets.
Shift Patterns rotate weekly and include:
- Early 06:00am - 14:30pm
- Late 14:15pm - 10:45pm
- Night 10:30pm - 06:15am
About you
You will be motivated, reliable & methodical with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be comfortable to seek out support when required. You'll be enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a collaborative & supportive team in a fast paced, family orientated organisation.

- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for operating production machinery
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a rotation shift environment
