Are you seeking a part time vacancy (17.5 hours per week) to work around your child care days? We have the perfect role for a Customer Service superstar who enjoys delivering excellent levels of care to the end customer!

BRITA Water Filters in Bicester have a part time vacancy to start in January 2025 to work 2.5 days per week. The purpose of the role is to assist in the handling of all our customer enquiries through various communication channels (telephone, live chat, social media and email), and capture information through the customer SAP database, delivering a high level of customer service while promoting BRITA's brand.

You will be the first point of contact to provide our customers with accurate information. You'll enjoy a fast paced, busy environment working in the office on a Tuesday (9am-5pm) and Thursday (9am - 12:30) and work from home on Fridays (9am - 5pm), providing our customers with accurate information, advising across the entire BRITA product range, managing product replacements, refunds and orders, and encouraging upgrades to our latest products!

To make the role even more exciting, provide relief reception cover as and when required!

To be successful in this role you will have prior experience within a Customer Service environment from an FMCG industry and enjoy thriving in a fast paced, pressurised environment. You'll have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate and have a flair for influencing. A knowledge of SAP would be desirable; however, training will be provided.

This is a January start, ideal to kick start the New Year in a new environment!
