About the Role
The ideal candidate will have the right combination of confident communication, management, and organisation skills, with a strong technical skill, excellent influencing and relationship management skills drawn from your experience as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner yourself, to provide the right level of technical leadership to the team of 8 FPS. Providing financial planning advice to clients while being the primary relationship manager for all company interactions with the clients, taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all client advice. The role also entails developing new client relationships. Key internal relationships include Assistant Financial Planners and the Head of Risk and Governance.
As confidence in your technical knowledge and experience in managing paraplanners in a commercially driven environment is necessary, an ability to work under pressure and prioritise will be required and solid understanding of regulatory compliance, procedures and processes is necessary.

Required professional qualifications:
- FCA Certified and Registered Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- QCF level 4 minimum
- Extensive technical knowledge of financial planning products and services
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
