We are seeking a Project Manager for a friendly team designing and producing electronic environmental monitoring devices .
As Project Manager you will lead the planning and execution of new product development projects; collaborate with teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Supply Chain Engineers and other cross-functional members, coordinating multiple, concurrent product development projects. These dedicated teams develop hardware and software for the protection of workers health, safety and/or the environment.
You will have a proven track record of positively motivating new product development teams (both internal and external) to deliver outstanding products on-time and on-budget, and be an outcome focussed individual.
Education
- HNC / Degree level in an Engineering subject or equivalent & preferably Electrical / Electronic
- Agile Practitioner or equivalent experience
- SFIA Level 3
Essential Experience
- Proficient in Project Management quality tools and use of visual systems for planning & tracking.
- Experience in a product development environment.
- Proven history of successful project planning, risk mitigation and execution.
- Fluent in application of modern project management methodologies (Lean Project Management, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (e.g. Visual planning boards, Jira, etc.).
