QMS has recently secured a significant new project which will create a considerable increase in workload. To support this growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Welder Fabricator to join our Fabrication team based in Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Welders who are looking to take their next steps in their career to join our growing and successful team.
Afternoon Shift
Salary: Up to £17.22 per hour (including shift premium), depending on experience. As standard, QMS offers 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, full PPE, free parking, a pension scheme, and access to training and development.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proficient welder/fabricator. Previous experience of MIG welding is essential. Applicants with experience operating a press brake machine and/or plasma cutting machine are desirable, although this is not essential.
This role would suit articulate individuals who can work independently and have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, self-motivated, team player with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
