Quarry Bank Medical Centre and Edgbaston Wellness Clinic are seeking two ambitious, motivated and values-driven individuals to join our organisation as Service Manager Apprentices. This is not a traditional apprenticeship. These positions form part of a long-term organisational investment in developing the next generation of healthcare leaders capable of managing regulated healthcare services and ultimately progressing into Registered Manager positions. Successful candidates will be immersed in the operational, regulatory, governance and leadership functions of two thriving healthcare organisations whilst completing the nationally recognised Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship. Throughout the programme, apprentices will receive mentorship, structured development and practical leadership experience designed to prepare them for senior management responsibilities.
