Our Female Adult Supported Living services in Quarriers Village are seeking 1 Part-Time Female Support Worker to work 16 hours per week in our Bungalows service. You will provide personalized support to individuals with a range of disabilities, either on a 1:1 basis or as part of a team.
No Experience in Care? No problem! We value a caring attitude and a positive, can-do personality. Full sector-renowned training will be provided, helping you develop your skills and giving you the tools to succeed. There are also opportunities for career progression, so the sky’s the limit!
The Individuals You’ll Support: You’ll be supporting people who each have their own tenancy in individual or shared accommodation. The people we support live with conditions such as epilepsy, brain injury, mental health challenges, and complex needs. Patience, kindness, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role. Every day is different, and you’ll have the chance to engage in a variety of activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with personal care and daily tasks.
- Assist with moving and handling, where required.
- Help plan and participate in fun, meaningful activities.
- Provide support with health appointments and social outings.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of care.
Essential: Due to the location and shift patterns, a driver’s license is required.
