If you enjoy supporting others and want a role where you can make a real difference, a Support Worker position at Quarriers could be ideal for you. Quarriers is a unique, inspirational Scottish social care charity. We provide practical care and support for vulnerable children, adults and families who face extremely challenging circumstances. We challenge poverty and inequality of opportunity to create positive, meaningful change.

Your new opportunity: We provide 24‑hour care in people’s own homes to individuals with a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker, you will support people with:

  • Personal care
  • Keeping safe

  • Achieving personal outcomes

We are offering 20–30 hour contracts, and flexibility is key. You’ll work a rota that meets the needs of the people we support.

Typical Working Pattern: Shifts may include:

  • Early shifts (mornings)
  • Late shifts (afternoons/evenings)
  • Day shifts (9am–5pm)
  • Sleepover shifts (paid at £12.60 per hour)
  • Nightshifts
  • Rotational working is essential, and weekend working will be included.
