We are currently recruiting a full time Senior Support Worker to join our Quarriers Village Supported Living service (Phase 2). The people we support have a range of complex needs and we support them in their day to day lives helping them achieve their goals and ambitions. The service is based as upper and lower flats where 4 women reside with a range of support needs including learning disability, Dementia, Epilepsy and declining mobility. We provide 24/7 days a week support to people based on individual needs and hours can vary from a few hours per day to 24 hour support.

Our well established service are keen to find passionate people who genuinely care about delivering person-centred care. This is a permanent, full time role offering 39 hours per week.

Working pattern: Some of the people we support require a few hours of support during the day to either attend activities, appointments, assistance with cooking and cleaning as well as personal care. It is important that the successful candidate offers flexibility to meet the essential needs of the people we support. As a Senior Support Worker you will assist with the day to running of the service with support from the Deputy Manager.

  • Experience within a senior role in health and social care is desirable.
  • Due to the remote location of the village it is essential candidates have a full driving licence and access to their own transport.
