Quarriers are currently recruiting a part time Senior Administrator to join our friendly administrative support team.
As a senior member of the team you will work closely with the project manager and hold line manager responsibilities. You will be overseeing a wide range of administrative duties. You will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to provide significant input in development of processes, procedures and systems within an office hub while navigating a range of different projects and deliverable’s related to administrative tasks.
Working pattern : This is a part time permanent role, working 20 hours per week.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. HNC / HND Business Studies or related course), training, or significant administrative experience.
- Experience in professional minute taking at a senior level.
- Proven track record in working within office management and administration systems.
- Ability to manage completing work priorities, deliver the highest quality of work and positive results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to act as inter‑agency liaison, as well as meet and greet visitors to the office.
- Ability to manage innovation and changes with initiative.
