Your new opportunity
We are currently recruiting a Part Time Administrator to support our Dunn Street Service in Clydebank. As the service Administrator you will work alongside the Project Manager and provide them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out and deadlines met. This is a part time permanent post working 16 hours per week.
What you will need to bring to the role:
- Previous experience in working in a similar role desirable
- Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
- Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
- Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
- Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
- Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
- Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
