Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? Quarriers is seeking dedicated Relief Female Support Workers to join our Fife Supported Living Service, supporting individuals with complex health and social care needs to live independently in their own homes.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Relief Support Worker, you will deliver personal care and support individuals in their daily activities. The successful candidates will have a friendly, positive nature, essential for building meaningful relationships with the people we support and their families. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. We seek individuals committed to person-centered care and making a tangible difference in others' lives.
Key Requirements
- You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Ability to deliver personal care and support individuals with complex health and social care needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with people we support and their families.
- Basic IT skills (required for all Quarriers vacancies).
- Successful candidates will need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of their start date, where applicable.
