At Countryview Children’s Respite Service, we’re currently recruiting for a Nightshift Intensive Support Practitioner (22 hours per week). As an Intensive Support Practitioner (Nightshift), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people accessing our respite service. You’ll work as part of a committed, supportive team, following individualised care plans and routines that promote empowerment, safety, dignity, and wellbeing throughout the night. This role offers a nightshift enhanced rate of £14.51 per hour between midnight and 7am, giving you the opportunity to earn while truly making an impact.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- SVQ Level 3 in Health Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification
- A full driving licence, due to the location of the service
- Able to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable team player with a child-centred approach
- Committed to safeguarding and delivering consistent, high-quality care
