Quarriers is recruiting a full‑time Corporate Administration Manager to support and coordinate corporate administration services across the organisation. Based mainly at our Headquarters at the William Quarrier Scottish Epilepsy Centre (WQSEC), this role plays a vital part in ensuring our offices, systems and administration functions operate smoothly, effectively and inclusively.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across corporate services and leadership teams, while supporting, managing and coordinating an administration team. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, and play a hands‑on role in creating and maintaining clean, welcoming and well‑organised spaces, including supporting room bookings.
Working pattern
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll be based primarily at WQSEC in Govan, Glasgow, with occasional travel required to support other regional offices and the administrative team.

- Coordinating corporate administration services across HQ and regional offices
- Supporting, leading and supervising an administration team
- Overseeing office operations, financial administration and reporting processes
- Supporting meetings, governance activity and shared systems
- Contributing to continuous improvements in systems, processes and ways of working
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in administration, office coordination or operational support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using digital systems such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
- A collaborative, structured and inclusive approach to work
- Previous experience managing or supervising staff
