We’re looking for a motivated Business Administration Manager to lead and shape high-quality administrative services across our Head Office and regional sites.

This is a key leadership position where you’ll oversee a multi-site admin team, ensuring consistent, efficient support across the organisation. You’ll also drive improvements in systems, processes and ways of working while supporting senior leaders and corporate services.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a dispersed administration team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites
  • Monitor financial administration and reporting processes
  • Support organisational reporting and returns
  • Contribute to systems improvements and efficiency

Working pattern

This is a full time, permanent post working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. The role is office based at Quarriers Head Office in Govan. Travel to other regional offices will be expected when required.
