We’re looking for two Finance Assistants to join our busy Finance team on a fixed-term basis. These roles are well suited to candidates who enjoy working at pace, delivering accurate financial processing, and picking up meaningful work quickly. Whether you’re looking for a short-term contract (6 months) or a longer-term opportunity (12 months), these roles provide the chance to make an immediate impact within a well-established finance function.

You’ll support core finance activity across purchase ledger, sales ledger and cashbook, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and on time across a large, multi-service organisation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy finance environment with proven skills in this area.
  • Experience in a finance processing or ledger-based role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Evidence of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including spreadsheets and finance systems.
