Job Description

Female Support Workers (Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available)

Location: Glen Gryff, Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: (20 - 39 hour positions also available)

Contract: Permanent

We’re recruiting Female Support Workers to join the Glen Gryff team, supporting individuals with complex needs in a calm, caring, and professional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a supportive, person-focused team. You’ll play an important role in helping people live full, active lives – whether that’s at home, in the community, or through their personal interests - You’ll be supporting individuals, some who are registered blind and require hoisting, so confidence with personal care and moving & handling is essential.

Shifts may include:

  • 08:00–16:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 14:00–22:00 with a sleepover (support starts at 18:00)

What you'll bring
