Quarriers are currently recruiting 2 full time Early Years Family Practitioners to join our dedicated team at our Nursery in Ruchazie. The nursery is set within a purpose-built centre, with bright modern rooms, designed around the needs of children from birth to three years. We are looking for someone who will support children in the early stages of their development and who will prioritise children at the heart of all they do.

As an Early Years Family Practitioner you will work as a team providing high quality care and ensuring the wellbeing and educational needs of the children are delivered while creating a positive experience and environment where children can thrive. You will work with a group of children driving learning journeys and taking into consideration individual needs.

What you will need to bring to the role:

  • Essentially, you hold a HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent childcare qualification
  • Compassion and kindness to support young children in the early stages of their life.
  • Ability to build positive relationships between parents/carers and children.
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.

This is a permanent full time post, working 35 hours per week. Please note the nursery operates Monday - Friday.
