The Vacancy
Are you an experienced cleaner looking for your next role? Are you looking to play a part in maintaining a clean space for the people we support in a state of the art facility? If so then we have a great opportunity for you to join our team at William Quarriers Epilepsy Hospital.
Your New Opportunity
The William Quarrier Scottish Epilepsy Centre is the only residential assessment and treatment centre in Scotland for adults with epilepsy. The Centre is an independent hospital providing unique epilepsy services for patients and clinicians across Scotland. As a Domestic, you will play a key part in ensuring the Hospital is kept clean and tidy to a high standard for the patients and staff. We are looking for someone who can be flexible and can work weekday evenings (2 hours) combined with some flexible daytime hours. This is a permanent role offering 14 hours per week.
What you will need to bring to the role:
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- An excellent understanding of Cleaning Standards Specification.
- Aware of hygiene issues and importance of infection control.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
