Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their ambitions and goals? Are you looking to join a team where small changes can make a big difference? If so, then we have a great opportunity for you to join our Moray Childrens Right Service.

Our Moray Childrens Rights Service are currently recruiting a Childrens Rights Participation Worker to join our dedicated team based in Elgin, Moray. The service provides support to children and young people and their families. This is the perfect time for someone to join our service and help support young people through informed practices and empower young people, so their voice is heard. The Promise is that Scotland's children will grow up loved, safe and respected and as Childrens Rights Participation Worker you will be expected to embrace this approach to the support you deliver.

You will ensure the service supports and encourages children, young people and their families ongoing participation in expressing their views, feelings and wishes in all matters affecting them, and to have their views taken seriously.

We are hiring for 1x full time 39 hours per week & 1x part time 16 hour per week contract. These are both fixed term roles currently for 12 months.

  • Good IT & communication skills.
  • Proactive and skilled in building strong lasting relationships.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
