We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead our Riverview Adult Respite and Short Breaks Service, supporting adults with disabilities to live fulfilled, meaningful lives. You’ll inspire teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred respite support in a beautiful setting, working closely with families, colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes.
What you’ll need:
- SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Social Care or related field
- Registered Managers Award (or willingness to achieve)
- Leadership experience in adult social care
- A strong commitment to dignity, inclusion and person‑centred support
- A full UK driving licence
