Quarriers LyssenmoreProject is a Supported Living & Care at Home service based within North Ayrshire. Our staff team provide a person-centred and responsive approach to each of the individuals we have the pleasure of supporting. Lyssenmore specialises in providing day to day support for 22 individuals who are living with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and/or sensory challenges.
Our service supports adults within the community to reach their full potential and achieve personalised outcomes tailored to their wants and needs.
As a ReliefSupport Worker you will provide support toadults within their own homes, homes they live in with family and out and about within the local community enjoying local activities.Your duties will bevaried, and no two days will be the same allowing you the opportunity to learn and develop while supportingpeople to live fuller happy lives.
Working pattern: We are offering Reliefcontracts. Shifts will vary and flexibility is required in order to support people during the times they need. The shifts will mostly consist of Evening & Weekend work.
