At Quarriers Fife Adult Supported Living Services, we're looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our welcoming and supportive team in Cowdenbeath. Based in a beautiful and peaceful setting comprising six cottages, our service provides a supportive environment for both the people we support and the staff who work here. With a strong team around you, excellent training, and opportunities for development, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
Our day shifts typically run between 7:45am and 8:00pm, with rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance. As we provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the people we support. Wherever possible, we aim to provide staff with every second weekend off, subject to service requirements and availability.
What You'll Do
Help people maintain their independence and develop new skills
Support with cooking, household tasks, and daily routines
Encourage social inclusion and community participation
Build meaningful relationships and promote wellbeing
Provide occasional personal care when required
Celebrate achievements and support individuals to reach their personal goals
