Your new opportunity
At Quarriers Village Supported Living Phase 2, we're seeking a compassionate, dedicated and reliable FemaleSupport Worker to join our bungalow service, supporting adults with a range of complex support needs including learning disabilities, epilepsy, gastrostomy support and mobility assistance.
This is more than a nightshift role. It's an opportunity to provide reassurance, safety, dignity and person-centred support during the hours when it matters most.
More About the Role
Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you will:
- Provide overnight support and monitoring to people we support
- Promote independence, choice and dignity at all times
- Support with personal care and wellbeing needs
- Follow individual support plans and risk assessments
- Respond calmly and confidently to changing needs during the night
- Maintain accurate records and handovers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
This is permanent role working 35 hours per week. Thewakened nightshift position will work on a fixed rota pattern:
- Week 1: 3 x 10-hour shifts
- Week 2: 4 x 10-hour shifts
Please note an enhanced hourly rate of 14.43 will paid between midnight and 7am.
The team arelooking for someone who:
- Has a caring and positive attitude
- Is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred support
- Can work independently and use initiative during night shifts
- Has excellent communication skills

Previous experience in social care is welcomed but not essential. We value people with the right values and commitment to supporting others.
