About the Role

Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Quantum Metric — you will serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across the region. Working with Enterprise Account Executives, you will engage with large, multinational organizations to help them transform how they understand and optimize digital customer experiences. In this role, you will guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals, aligning Quantum Metric’s platform with strategic business initiatives. You will connect with diverse audiences—from digital and product teams to C-level executives—positioning Quantum Metric as a critical component of enterprise digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
  • Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with high-level business outcomes.
  • POC Execution: Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
  • Market Influence: Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and German; additional European languages preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
  • Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments.
  • Agility: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals and a willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
