ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis with project coordination.
You will help translate business requirements into actionable work, support product delivery, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across operations, product delivery and client-facing work in a fast-moving AI startup.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Gather, document and analyse business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.
- -Support the coordination of product implementations, onboarding and go-lives for new clients.
- Maintain and update project plans, trackers and status reports, flagging risks and blockers early.
- Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and work items in Azure Dev Ops.
- Liaise between engineering, product and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Help produce client-facing documentation including release notes, user guides and training materials.
- Support CRM and ticket management workflows using tools such as Hub Spot and Azure Dev Ops.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery.
- Attend client calls and internal stand-ups, capturing actions and following up on outcomes.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination or operations support role (internships and placements count).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language.
- Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management or issue-tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira or Trello.
- Comfortable working with data — able to read spreadsheets, spot patterns and summarise findings.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
DESIRABLE
- Experience working in a software, Saa S or technology company.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot.
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management.
- Experience producing user-facing documentation, guides or training materials.
