About QuantumLoopAI
QuantumLoopAI is transforming how patients access NHS primary care. Our AI-powered reception system, EMMA, serves millions of NHS patients, helping GP surgeries manage demand, reduce phone queues, and ensure patients get the right care at the right time. Backed by leading healthcare investors and working with NHS practices across England, we are building the future of primary care access. As we prepare for our Series A and expand our team, we are looking for exceptional people who want to make a genuine difference to the NHS.
About The Role
This is not a typical marketing assistant role. You will work directly with our CEO to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that drive EMMA's adoption across NHS GP surgeries nationwide. You will have genuine ownership of campaigns, direct access to leadership, and the tools to make a real impact from day one. Within months, you will build a portfolio of work that would typically take years to accumulate — all while helping transform healthcare access for millions of patients and thousands of NHS staff.
What You Will Do
- Execute marketing strategy across digital, content, events and partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Create compelling campaigns targeting NHS surgeries, GP federations and healthcare decision-makers.
- Conduct customer interviews and build case studies, testimonials and success stories that demonstrate EMMA's impact.
- Manage website content, social media channels and email marketing to drive qualified demo bookings.
- Build and optimise lead generation campaigns using our enterprise-level HubSpot platform.
- Develop marketing collateral for the sales team including pitch decks, one-pagers and presentations.
- Represent QuantumLoopAI at NHS conferences, events and industry meetings.
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality creative work.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (agency, in-house or startup preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you are articulate, persuasive and know how to tell a compelling story.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, spots opportunities and drives results without waiting to be asked.
- An excellent listener who understands customers, stakeholders and team dynamics.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics and social media platforms.
- Genuine passion for marketing and creating campaigns that make a measurable difference.
- Ambitious with a hunger to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility.
DESIRABLE
- Healthcare, B2B SaaS or healthtech marketing experience.
- Video editing or content creation skills.
- Startup experience or comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Understanding of NHS stakeholder engagement or public sector marketing.
LOGISTICS
Education: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications.
Working arrangements: Office-based at our Canary Wharf, London headquarters, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Visa sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Start date: Flexible.
