The Mission
QuantumLoopAI builds EMMA™, an AI-powered virtual receptionist used by NHS GP surgeries to transform patient access. Every successful onboarding means faster care for thousands of patients — and direct revenue growth for us. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll own that process end to end. This isn’t admin work — it’s the operational backbone of our business. You’ll manage GP surgery onboarding from signed contract to full go-live, ensuring every clinic is live, compliant, and delivering results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage each new GP surgery’s journey from signature to activation.
- Coordinate compliance (DCB0160, DSPT) and collect all required documentation.
- Liaise with practice managers to gather technical and operational details.
- Create and track detailed implementation timelines with clear milestones.
- Keep all data accurate across CRM and project tools.
- Troubleshoot blockers and escalate issues early.
- Report weekly on progress, bottlenecks, and time-to-live metrics.
Your Success Will Be Measured By
- Average time from signature to go-live.
- Number of surgeries onboarded per month.
- Accuracy and compliance metrics.
