The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development (Sales) Specialist with a proven track record in healthcare or health tech sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals. If you have experience selling into GP surgeries, PCNs, ICBs—or have strong healthcare industry connections—this is your chance to join an ambitious AI startup and shape the future of UK healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Book and manage appointments with GP surgeries, PCNs, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
- Effectively present QuantumLoopAi’s AI core management solutions to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific challenges of GP contracts, capacity and access requirements, DES contracts, and NHS goals.
- Relationship Building & Negotiations
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, practice managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client pain points and articulate how QuantumLoopAi’s solutions deliver measurable value.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that foster long-term partnerships.
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Track leads, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets—ideally in health tech, software, or related industries.
- Previous experience selling to GP surgeries, PCNs, or ICBs is highly desirable.
- Healthcare Knowledge
- Familiarity with GP contracts, capacity and access funding, DES contracts, and NHS service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including current challenges and opportunities.
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Skills
- Ability to speak confidently with clinicians, practice managers, and executives.
- Competence in explaining technical and AI-driven products in an accessible manner.
