About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive SMM/Content Manager to build and grow our online presence. The role involves developing a strong LinkedIn strategy, crafting impactful content, and driving brand awareness across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how QuantumLight communicates its vision, portfolio, and insights to the tech and investment community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow QuantumLight’s social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn).
• Create engaging, high‑performing content that drives reach and visibility.
• Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across digital channels.
• Collaborate with bloggers, journalists, and content creators to produce materials about the firm.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine content strategy.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in SMM or content marketing (VC, tech, or startup background is a plus).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
• Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to growth.
