What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of the HaaS program strategy, aligning it with Quantumdice's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of hardware solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new HaaS offerings and enhancements to existing products.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HaaS initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the availability and quality of hardware components.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial planning for the HaaS program, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HaaS or similar hardware-related programs.
- Strong understanding of hardware development processes and lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
