Your day‑to‑day role will be front and centre with fulfilling work as you help colleagues and clients achieve the very best outcomes possible.

Providing the right training is critical to us – your development will be fully supported. In addition to this apprenticeship, we will provide complete support to ensure you know all the “what / where and how’s” you need to. This ensures you have all the foundations you need for a successful career.

Position Details

Assistant Administrator – Graduate (Restructuring and Insolvency)

Location: Watford

Duration: 3 years

Key Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level.
  • Minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths.
  • Effective use of IT including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Be an effective communicator, on the phone, in person and in writing.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion.
  • The ability to take ownership of work tasks and quality.
  • Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Manages own workload and deadlines under supervision.
  • Self‑motivated to continuously improve and makes time to learn.
