Knightsbridge specialises in advising entrepreneurs, business owners and shareholders seeking to sell their businesses and assets. We work across all industry sectors and operate nationally from our Group Head Office in Bolton. We have developed a reputation for being pro‑active, innovative and forward thinking, providing an all‑encompassing serviced to both sellers and buyers.
Due to continued growth the business is currently handling more enquiries and live deals than ever before. As a result of this growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join the team in Bolton
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the well‑established deal execution team to ensure they are achieving targets and projected growth budgets.
- Work alongside the Operations Directors and senior members of the team to establish strategies to help us sell even more businesses.
- Recruiting, training and supporting staff as well as conducting regular performance appraisals and both monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives for all team members, including managing workload and allocation.
- Analysis of reports, identifying KPI’s for development and managing the improvement of these KPI’s as a result.
- Ensuring the teams knowledge and training is up to date, working closely with the internal training team to support any areas identified for further development.
- Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual presentations, analysis and reports of operations.
- Ensuring that our operational excellent and standards are leading to positive Trustpilot and Google reviews.
- Work as a conduit between the Employees and Senior Management, sharing insights that may help shape the future direction of the business.
- Supporting the Team in terms of any Client issues / escalations.
Requirements
- Strong people manager, with the ability effectively lead and manage a team
- The ideal applicant will have operations management experience and the ability to implement efficient operational processes
- Good attention to detail
- Analytical mindset, with a solution driven approach to problems
- Exceptional communication skills
