  • Manage and optimise CRM-driven marketing campaigns and customer journeys using data-led insights
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and ROI, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Sage and other strategic technology vendors on joint marketing initiatives and partner campaigns
  • Support website development, SEO, paid search activity, and digital performance optimisation working with the wider Central Marketing Team
  • Develop customer case studies, technical content, sales collateral, and thought leadership materials
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and developments within the business technology and digital transformation sector

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing management role
  • Proven success delivering measurable lead generation campaigns within technology, SaaS, ERP, IT services, or professional services sectors

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment

  • Understanding of vendor-led and channel marketing programmes
  • Experience marketing ERP, finance systems, cloud software, managed IT, or digital transformation solutions
  • Experience managing webinars, customer events, and partner-led campaigns
