Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Department Coordinator to support the smooth running of the Growth & Marketing function across K3 Advisory Group. This role is the operational backbone of the department, ensuring workflows, briefs, and resources are managed effectively across a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. You will work closely with discipline leads and brand managers to keep roadmaps on track, deadlines met, and stakeholders informed. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, you will play a central role in enabling the team to deliver against commercial objectives across all funnel stages.

Functional Responsibilities

  • You will own project and task tracking across the department, keeping every piece of work visible and on track from kick‑off through to completion.
  • You will track how the central resource pool is allocated against tiered BUs, brands and verticals, helping leadership align capacity to current and forecasted revenue – including emerging and high‑growth areas.
  • You will manage inbound requests and ticketing, acting as the front door for the department and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You will own and maintain the department roadmap, keeping it accurate and current as priorities shift.
  • You will manage the department's editorial calendar, coordinating content and campaign timing across the team.
  • You will be the go‑to point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping people informed and aligned.
  • You will manage briefs cross‑functionally and by channel, working closely with brand managers and discipline leads to keep requirements clear and complete.
  • You will manage the playbook process, running QA checks ahead of sign‑off to protect quality and consistency.
  • You will manage channel checklists through to ticket completion, ensuring every step is delivered to standard.
  • You will own the approval workflow, keeping projects moving smoothly through every stage of sign‑off.
  • You will manage suppliers – handling support requests and orders – and own contract management from onboarding through to notice and renewal.
  • You will support the sales team with toolkits, managing and creating templates that help them sell K3's services with confidence.
