K3 Advisory Group is seeking a data-driven CRO Specialist to own and deliver the conversion rate optimisation programme within the SEO & Performance function. You will run an always-on experimentation model, managing the testing roadmap across landing pages, forms, user journeys and CTAs to boost conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact.

You will collaborate with the Performance, SEO and Web teams, combining behavioural analytics, user insights and commercial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
