You will drive brand consistency, manage capacity, and oversee the design system and asset library with a strong design sensibility and proven people management experience.
You will partner with brand managers, marketing heads and senior leaders to craft multi‑channel campaign creative, shape briefs, and guide A/B testing for continuous improvement.
