About The Role
Working as part of the People Team, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver learning and development initiatives across K3 Advisory Group. As a growing global organisation with over 1,000 colleagues, we continue to invest in building a strong learning culture that supports performance, development and career growth across the business. This role will support learning initiatives across multiple functions and teams, helping to identify capability needs, design engaging development programmes and deliver practical, scalable learning solutions that have lasting impact. You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the Group to help embed a consistent and high-quality approach to learning and development. This is a hybrid role with regular time spent across our Bolton and Manchester offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with managers and stakeholders across the Group to identify learning and development needs
- Design and deliver engaging development programmes focused on professional skills, leadership and performance development
- Support onboarding, induction and colleague development initiatives
- Contribute to leadership, management and early careers programmes
- Create blended learning solutions using face-to-face, virtual and digital learning methods
- Develop practical, reusable learning materials and resources
- Support the development of a consistent L&D framework and centre of excellence approach
- Monitor feedback, engagement and learning outcomes to continuously improve programme effectiveness
- Build strong working relationships across People, leadership and wider business teams
- Promote a positive learning culture and encourage continuous development across the organisation

Skills & Experience
- Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training roles
- Experience supporting learning and capability development within a fast-paced organisation
- Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
- Understanding of adult learning principles and colleague development
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
